Berniedean Gale “Muzz” Robinson, age 95, of Edgewood, Illinois passed away at 6:25 p.m. Friday, September 08, 2017 at the Lutheran Care Center in Altamont, Illinois.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Harvest United Methodist Church in Edgewood, Illinois with a one-hour viewing prior to the service. Roger McIntire and Jeff Morrison will be officiating. Burial will be at Edgewood Cemetery in Edgewood, Illinois. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, September 11, 2017 at Harvest United Methodist Church in Edgewood, Illinois. Memorials may go to Edgewood Cemetery, Harvest United Methodist Church, Lutheran Care Center or donor’s choice.

Muzz was born on August 10, 1922, in Edgewood, Illinois, the daughter of Erastus and Victoria (Pemberton) Gillmore. She married Vern L. Robinson on August 13, 1946 in Coles County, Illinois. She was a homemaker and assisted on the family farm. She was very active in the Edgewood community, 4th of July parades and school reunions. She was an avid bowler and camper and enjoyed cooking for family and friend get-togethers.

She is survived by her three sons, Roger Robinson (wife Claydine) of Texarkana, Texas, Steve Robinson (wife Pat) of Edgewood, Illinois and Kelly Robinson (wife Carol) of Edgewood, Illinois; two daughters, Vicki Raye Esch (husband Fred) of Madisonville, Tennessee and Susanna Gaye Hopper of Mattoon, Illinois; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Erastus and Victoria Gillmore; husband, Vern L. Robinson; brothers, Jake Gillmore and Donald Gillmore; daughter, Diana Kaye Poehler; grandson, Corey Stice and great-grandson, Blake Campbell.
