I am so saddened by the loss of a great person. His mother was a saint as an election judge for Fayette County. Roger was a man that made you smile. So sorry I did not know of his passing or his mother's.

I'm pretty sure anyone who knew Roger has a "Roger Story" to share. He was one of a kind, sort of a St. Elmo legend. His smile and laugh will surely be missed. RIP.

We are so sorry of hearing of his passing. I remember him and my dad (Richard Powell) at the coffee shops in st.elmo. I did not realize Gene Sluder was his step dad. I used to go down there to buy candy sometimes. Roger will be greatly missed! Our thoughts and prayers to his family.
