Audrey Rose Plum, age 94, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 1:43 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at Pagel Funeral Homes in St. Elmo, Illinois with a one-hour viewing prior the service. PeeWee Denton will be officiating. Burial will be at Sidener Cemetery in rural St. Elmo, Illinois. Memorials may go to Sidener Cemetery or the donor's choice.

Audrey was born on July 26, 1927 in Fayette County, Illinois, the daughter of Howard and Bessie (Oliver) Pruitt. She married Donald F. Plum on June 30,1945 in Phenix City, Alabama. She enjoyed reading, puzzle books, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Gary Plum (wife Diane) of Vandalia, Illinois; daughters, Rosetta Teixeira (husband Ed) of Sardinia, Ohio and Lisa Newburn (husband Shawn) of St. Elmo, Illinois; 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Bessie Pruitt; husband, Donald F. Plum; son, Donald J. Plum; brother, Howard Oliver Pruitt; sisters, Lucille Kennedy, Faye Pruitt, and Alberta Smith.
