Barbara Elaine Joliff, age 63, of Effingham, Illinois passed away at 5:05 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Lakeland Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Effingham, Illinois.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2019 at Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle in Iola, Illinois. There will be a one-hour visitation prior to the service. Pastor Michael Durre will be officiating. Burial will be at the Edgewood Cemetery in Edgewood, Illinois. Memorials may go to the family or the donor's choice.

Barbara was born on August 11, 1955 in Decatur, Illinois, the daughter of Kenneth Ivan and Mary Orilda (Larimore) Stine. She was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle in Iola, Illinois. She loved flowers, hummingbirds, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter, Erin Byers (husband Brian) of Farina, Illinois; three brothers, Leonard Stine (wife Vicky) of Decatur, Illinois, Phillip Stine of Iola, Illinois, and Kevin Stine (wife Jennifer) of Iola, Illinois; sister, Mary Shaffer (husband Michael) of San Antonio, Texas; and two grandchildren, Alexa and Logan Byers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Mary Stine.
