Bertha Rosine Moeller, age 102, of Salem, Illinois passed away at 8:10 a.m. Monday, May 11, 2015 at the Doctors Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, Illinois.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Shobonier, Illinois with a one hour viewing prior to service. Pastor Hoehler will be officiating. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Shobonier, Illinois. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or donor's choice. Bertha was born on February 16, 1913 in Chestnut, Illinois, the daughter of Fred J. and Ida M. (Wolken) Stoll. She was a Charter member of St. Paul Ladies Aid in Shobonier, Illinois. She was a volunteer assistant at Doctors Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, Illinois. She enjoyed painting, singing, quilting, and knitting.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Michael Moeller (wife Nadege) of Belleville, Illinois; daughter, Melody Wellmuenster (husband Dan) of Belleville, Illinois, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Ida Stoll; husband, Willard E. Moeller; 2 brothers; 4 sisters; 4 brothers-in-law; 2 sisters-in-law.
