Beulah M. Logue, 95, of St. Elmo, IL passed away at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, December 06, 2014 at Aperion Care in St. Elmo, IL.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at C & A Pagel Funeral Homes in St. Elmo, IL.
Graveside service will be in Springhill Cemetery following visitation. Family is requesting visitors to dress casual.
Memorials may be made to Springhill Cemetery.
She was born on March 4, 1919 in rural Beecher City, IL, the daughter of Charles and Grace (Wright) Wood. She married Donald J. Logue on May 9, 1947 at the Springhill Church in Loudon Township.
Beulah loved the outdoors in her yard attending to her flowers and was known for baking cakes for everyone.
She leaves behind her son, James Logue of St. Elmo, IL; two daughters, Carol Sinclair (husband Ron) of St. Elmo, IL and Peggy Moll (husband Ron) of Springfield, IL; two sisters, Bernadine Sloan of Bentonville, AR and Carol Graning of Oklahoma; sister-n-law, Rosemary Wood of Pana, IL; 9 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Donald Logue; daughter, Diana Dale Speakman; 2 brothers, Herman Wood and Gene Wood; one sister, Helen Childress; 3 brother-n-laws, Delmar Sloan, Elvin Childress, and Harold Graning.
