Billy Dean Mills, age 85 of Louisville, Illinois pass away at 8:15 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2015 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at the Bethsaida Church in rural Dieterich, Illinois with one hour visitation prior to service. Rev. Bill Schwengel will be officiating. Burial will take place at the Bethsaida Cemetery with Military Rites. Memorials may be made to the Bethsaida Cemetery or donor's choice.

Billy was born on May 24, 1929 in Lucas Township of Illinois, the son of Frank and Nannie (Jacobs) Mills. He was a lifetime farmer and was in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with family and friends.

Billy is survived by his two sisters, Avanelle Loy of Effingham, Illinois and Lucille Ryan of St. Charles, Illinois; nine nieces; one nephew; several great nieces and nephews and five great – great nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Nannie Mills; two sisters, Thelma Mills, Romaine Vickers and one brother, Earl Mills.
