Carol Ann Sinclair, age 67, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 2:44 a.m. on Friday, April 10, 2015 at her home in St. Elmo, Illinois.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13, 2015 at C & A Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo, Illinois. There will a one hour viewing prior to the service. Kent Denton will be officiating. Burial will be at Springhill Cemetery at Wright's Corner. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at C & A Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo, Illinois. Memorials may be made to Crossroads Cancer Center, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or donor's choice. The family has requested for everyone to be dressed in casual attire. Carol was born on January 30, 1948 in Rockford, IL., the daughter of Donald J. and Beulah M. (Woods) Logue.  She attended Loudon Township Grade School, St. Elmo High School, and upon graduation she attended Kaskaskia College in Centralia, Illinois where she obtained an Associate's Degree. She married Ron Sinclair on July 20, 1968 at Springhill Church at Wright's Corner and briefly lived in Arthur, Illinois then later moved back home to St. Elmo, Illinois to raise their three daughters. She was a manager at St. Elmo Flower Shop for 12 years. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandkids. She enjoyed boating, camping, and scrapbooking, collecting children's books and Raggedy Ann dolls.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Sinclair of St. Elmo, IL.; three daughters, Julie Aderman (husband Doug) of St. Elmo, IL., Jill Magnus (husband Torrey) of St. Peter, IL., Jennifer Scholes (husband Marc) of St. Elmo, IL; brother, James Logue of St. Elmo; sister, Peggy Moll (husband Ron) of Springfield, IL; and 8 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Beulah Logue; sister, Diana Dale Speakman and grandson, Andrew Tharp.
