Obituary
Chloe Jade Dial, age 17 days, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 11:43 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2017 at C & A Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo, Illinois. There will be a two-hour visitation prior to the service. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Moccasin, Illinois. Memorials may go to the family or donor's choice.
Chloe was born on June 25, 2017 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Mitch J. and Katelyn R. (Heard) Dial.
She is survived by her parents, Mitch and Katelyn Dial of St. Elmo, Illinois; three brothers, Noah Dial, Aiden Mathis and Brady Mathis; one sister, Avery Dial; paternal grandmother, Gina Dial of Beecher City, Illinois; maternal grandparents, Rick and Kelli Mills of St. Elmo, Illinois.
