Cynthia "Cindy" L. Kissiar, age 52, of Effingham, Illinois passed away on Monday, December 23, 2019 at her home in Effingham, Illinois.

There will be a visitation from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood, Illinois. Memorials may go to the donor's choice.

Cindy was born on November 23, 1967 in Madison, Wisconsin, the daughter of James W. "Woody" and Joyce E. (Schmitz) Kissiar. She loved a good laugh, spending time with her family and friends, music, dogs, the Green Bay Packers, and cheese.

She is survived by her father, James "Woody" Kissiar of St. Peter, Illinois; daughter, Hillary Luis of Edgewood, Illinois; sister, Shawn Schmitz-Granger of Edgerton, Wisconsin; grandson, Dominic King of Edgewood, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Eva (Schmitz) Kissiar.
