Dennis Smith, age 71, of Wood Dale, Illinois passed away at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday, April 04, 2017 at his home in Wood Dale, Illinois.

Dennis was born on December 02, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Otto and Doris (McArtor) Smith.

He is survived by his sister, Patricia Evensen of Osceola, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Doris Smith.
