Emma Louise Bushue, age 90, of Mason, Illinois passed away in the afternoon of Saturday, December 14, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family.

Interment of ashes will be at Leith Cemetery at a later date. Memorials may go to the donor's choice.

Emma was born on August 9, 1934 in Mason, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph and Emily (Stroup) Warner. She married Lee B. Bushue on September 8, 1952 at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Edgewood. Emma loved camping, cooking, flowers, and watching over and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a former member of St. Anne's Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Bushue of Mason; son, Rodney Bushue (wife Lisa) of San Antonio, Texas; daughters, Margaret Johnson (husband Bruce) of Tucson, Arizona, Deborah Robertson of Mason and Susan Bushue - Russell of Indianapolis, Indiana; brother, Jack Warner of Mason; 7 grandchildren, Tanner, Laurel, Chris, Isaac, Mica, Olivia, and Sarah; and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Emily Warner; brother, Harold Warner; sisters, Bessie Bishop, Thelma Overbeck, and Ruby Clough; sons-in-law, David Robertson and Jeff Russell; sister-in-law, Vivian Warner.
