Helen M. Lewis, age 89, of Louisville, Illinois passed away at 4:41 p.m. Saturday, March 04, 2017 at Evergreen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Effingham, Illinois.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood, Illinois. Jim Giffin will be officiating. There will be a one-hour viewing prior to the service. Burial will be at Iola Cemetery in Iola, Illinois. Memorials may go to Iola Cemetery or donor's choice.

Helen was born on June 03, 1927 in Clay County, Illinois, the daughter of Cyrus Eldred and Dorothy Charlene (Spinner) Lewis. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

She is survived by her brother, John Lewis of Kewanee, Illinois; 2 nephews and 4 nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cyrus and Dorothy Lewis; brother, Robert Lewis; 2 sisters, Jean Neff and Betty Lewis; niece, Connie Griffith.
