Jacquelynn Scott, age 62, of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Aperion Care in St. Elmo, Illinois.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Arborcrest Memorial Park in Effingham, Illinois. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Memorials may go to C & A Pagel Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses or the donor's choice.

Jacquelynn was born on October 27, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Jack L. and Angeline M. (Caschetta) Teets. She enjoyed going to Walmart and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her three sons, Steve Scott of Mattoon, Illinois, Kenneth Scott (wife Cody) of Altamont, Illinois and Christopher Scott of Louisville, Illinois; two brothers, Terry Teets of Effingham, Illinois, Donald Teets (wife Mary) of Indiana and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Angeline Teets and her beloved husband, Bradley Dean Scott.
