Jeffrey "Jeff "D. Fulk, age 57, of Mattoon, Illinois passed away Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Sarah Bush Health Center in Mattoon.

Funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2024 at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Jeff Morrison will be officiating. Interment will be at Mason Cemetery. Memorials may go to Samaritan's Purse or the donor's choice.

Jeff was born May 19, 1967 in Effingham, Illinois, the son of William McWhorter and Vera (Fulk) Higgs. He married Anna I. Ervin on May 12, 1995. He loved the outdoors, collecting junk, tinkering, and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Fulk of Mattoon; daughters, Lisa Chapman (husband Steven) of Mattoon, Brittany Fulk of Mattoon, Daisy Stevens (husband William) of Mattoon; brothers, Dale Higgs of Effingham and Larry Higgs Jr. (wife Amber) of Effingham; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William McWhorter and Vera Higgs and brother, Kelly Higgs.
