Jimmie Lee Durbin, age 75, formerly of St. Elmo, Illinois passed away at 3:44 p.m. Saturday, December 24, 2022 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Pagel Funeral Homes in St. Elmo, Illinois with a one-hour viewing prior to the service. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in rural Beecher City. Memorials may go to the donor's choice.

Jimmie was born on October 12, 1947, the son of Dale and Katherine (Kline) Durbin. He loved fishing, camping, and spending time with his friends. Jimmie was a kind soul that didn't know a stranger.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Twyla Rinard of Fairfield; and all his friends from Shamrock Services and Career Development Center.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Katherine Durbin.
