Joseph Marion Rhodes II, age 33, of Farina, Illinois passed away at 5:34 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2023 in San Francisco, California.

Funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 24, 2023 at Fairview Church in rural Brownstown, Illinois with a one-hour visitation prior to the service. Dave Arnold will be officiating. Interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Brownstown. Memorials may go to Fairview Cemetery or the donor's choice.

Joey was born on November 10, 1989 in Charleston, Illinois, the son of Joseph Marion Rhodes I and Tina Lynn Riley. He served in the United States Army. Joey enjoyed music, singing, playing guitar, and philosophy.

He is survived by his parents, Joseph Rhodes (Emma) of Farina and Tina Riley (Kevin) of Kell; brothers, Jacob Rhodes of Farina and William Rhodes of Farina; sisters, Natasha Rhodes of Farina, Jessica Rhodes of Farina, and Victoria Rhodes of Decatur.

He was preceded in death by his sister in infancy, Audrey Rhodes.
