Lora Lee Cook, age 74, of Effingham, Illinois passed away at 5:10 a.m. Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Keen's Chapel in rural LaClede. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.pagelfuneralhome.com .

Lora was born on November 15, 1940 in Clay County, IL., the daughter of Arthur and Bonnie (Liggett) Landreth. She married Rolland L. Cook on July 20, 1973 in Mt. Vernon, Illinois.

She is survived by her husband, Rolland Cook of Effingham, Illinois; two daughters, Sheryl Kihlken (husband Bob) of Terre Haute, Indiana and Julie Flinn (Fiancé Brian Britton) of Paris, Illinois; brother, Clyde Landreth (wife Rosie) of Sun City, Arizona; four grandchildren, Courtney Lower, William Lower III, Matthew Lower, and Junior Finn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Bonnie Landreth; two brothers, Harold and Jim Landreth; three sisters, Lorine Hites, Betty Sapp and Mary Lou Landreth.
