Louise Jones, age 90 formerly St. Elmo, IL passed away at 1:36 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Culbertson Memorial Hospital in Rushville, IL.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, January 22, 2015 at C&A Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo with a 1 hour viewing prior to service. Pastor Mike Hall will be officiating. Memorials may go to the First Baptist Church of St. Elmo or donor's choice.

Louise was born on July 7, 1924 in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of William and Kathleen Vileen (Barnhart) Bryant. She married Virgil D. Jones on December 7, 1940 in St. Charles, Missouri. She was a member of the Tops Club, Parent Teacher's Association, First Baptist Church of St. Elmo, and was a Centralia Girl Scout Leader. She enjoyed crafts, puzzles, and cooking.

She is survived by her three daughters, Debbie Hall (husband Mike) of Rushville, IL, Kathryn Stover (husband Ronald) of Centralia, IL., Linda Miller (husband Jerry) of Centralia, IL., two sons; Virgil Jones (wife Linda) of Centralia, IL., Richard Jones (wife Kay) of California; grandson Stefan Hall of Rushville, IL along with other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Kathleen Bryant; husband, Virgil Jones; two brothers, Walter and John Bryant; two sisters, Goldie Marie and Wilma May Bryant.
