Marjorie Fern Sarver, age 82, of St. Elmo, Illinois, passed away at 3:30 a.m. Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Aperion Care Center in St. Elmo, Illinois.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Chapel United Methodist Church, Post Oak with a one hour viewing prior to the service.  Rev. John Heicher will be officiating.  Burial will follow at the Springhill Cemetery in rural St. Elmo.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, please be mindful of social distancing guidelines and masks are suggested.

Marjorie was born March 23, 1939 in Ramsey, IL to Clyde and Orvilla (Mills) Sarver.  She was an in-home nanny for many local families.  She was employed at Richardson Brothers for 29 years.  She was a member of Royal Neighbors of America.  She was a faithful member of Trinity Chapel United Methodist Church where she played piano for many years.  She was also the Treasurer, Secretary, Sunday School Teacher, and a delegate to Annual Conference for the church.

Marjorie is survived by several cousins.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Marilyn Joyce Sarver in infancy.
