MaryAnn Stein, age 60, of Altamont, Illinois passed away at 10:40 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.

There will be a private family viewing. Memorials may go to Pagel Funeral Homes to help with expenses or donor's choice.

MaryAnn was born on March 17, 1961 in Erie, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Cosimo and Wilma (Vincola) Rizzo. She enjoyed music, working with kids, and family gatherings. MaryAnn graduated from Penn State University with an associate degree.

She is survived by her sons, Robert Stein Jr. (wife Elizabeth) of Altamont, Illinois, William Stein, and Joseph Stein both of Erie, Pennsylvania; brothers, Carl Rizzo, Bill Rizzo, Wendll Rizzo, Benjamin "Chipper" Rizzo, Mike Rizzo (wife Louise), and Matt Rizzo all of Erie, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Valerie (boyfriend Jessie Hill), Cecil, Brandy, and Robert.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cosimo and Wilma Rizzo; husband, Robert John Stein Sr; brothers, Lousis Rizzo and Richard Rizzo.
