Randall Matthew Ray, age 55, of Greenup, Illinois passed away at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Charleston Rehab in Charleston, Illinois.

Funeral services will be at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Pagel Funeral Home in Edgewood, Illinois with a viewing from 3:30 to 4:30 prior to the service.  Irvin Figgins will be officiating.  Burial will be at Keen's Chapel Cemetery in rural LaClede with Military Rites by the Edgewood American Legion Post# 1168.  Memorials may be made to the family to defer costs or to the donor's choice.

Randall was born June 25, 1959 in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Gayle Ray and Virginia (Brock) Ray.  He married Becky Cook on December 2, 1977 in Windsor, Illinois.  Randall enjoyed word searches and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Ray of Greenup, Illinois; one son, Dustin (wife Deanna) Ray of Wagoner, Oklahoma; two daughters, Amber, (husband Toby) Ault of Toledo, Illinois and Serena, (husband Dan) Berlin of Toledo, Illinois; two sisters, Barbara Gallager and Lisa Carlson, both of Florida; nine grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; mother and father-in-law, Lorene and Jim Cook; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Carrell Sapp, two granddaughters and two grandsons.
