Rosalinda Geraldine Shumaker, age 70, of Mason, Illinois passed away at 4:02 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2022 at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Rosalinda was born on February 6, 1952 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of Joaquin and Leocadia (Morales) Elvenia. She married Richard Arvin Shumaker and they were married for nearly 45 years. She loved being outside, gardening, drawing, crocheting, arts and crafts, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her sons, Victor Mandrial, Michael Mandrial, Fernando Shumaker (Shantel), Angel Shumaker, Jonathan Shumaker (Violet) Romeo Shumaker (Lovie) Oliver Shumaker; daughters, Rose Hamby (Calvin), Donna Berry (Brian), Rita Rosanio (Justin), Ruby Norton (Terry) Saralinda Lonngren (Kenny); brothers, Roger Elvenia (Juanita); sisters, Deborah Elvenia, Elaine Gabaylo (Bonifacio), Jaqueline Murray (Kevin), 24 grandchildren and 13 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joaquin and Leocadia Elvenia and husband, Richard Shumaker.
