Todd Hayden Bissell, age 58, of Effingham, Illinois passed away at 11:35 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 at his home in Effingham, Illinois.

There will be a private family burial at Iola Cemetery in Iola, Illinois. Jim Giffin will be officiating. Memorials may be made at donor's choice.

Todd was born on October 30, 1962 in Effingham, Illinois. He was an extremely outgoing, loving, and caring father, grandfather, son, and brother. His love, laughter, and sense of humor was infectious and will be forever remembered.

Todd is survived by his son, Kolby Bissell (Brittney); two granddaughters, Brynn and Emry of Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; daughter, Kayla Bissell; two granddaughters, McKenzie and Rylie of Effingham, Illinois; sister, Jean Bohnhoff of Effingham, Illinois; brothers, Gail Bissell of Mason, Illinois, Jerry Weidner of Bridgeport, Illinois, and Steven Weidner of Brownstown, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ransom and Shirley Weidner; brothers, Terry R. Bissell and Jerry W. Bissell; sister, Paula S. Arnold.
