Billie Wayne Miller

Billie Wayne Miller, age 67, of LaClede, Illinois passed away at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, December 25, 2019 at his home in LaClede.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 28, 2019 at Keen’s Chapel Cemetery in rural LaClede, Illinois. The family has requested for people that attend the graveside service to dress in casual attire. Judy Poe will be officiating. 

Billie was born on October 27, 1952 in Fairfield, Illinois, the son of Jess W. and Louise (O’Brien) Miller. He married Evelyn Cook on July 30, 1970 in Union, Missouri. He was a lifetime member of the American Hunting Club. He enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with family, friends, and his dog.

He is survived by his son, Frank Miller (wife Amanda) of LaClede, Illinois; two sisters, Faye Hatcher of Cisne, Illinois and Lois Landreth (husband Roy) of Flora, Illinois; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Louise Miller; wife, Evelyn Miller; three sisters, Kay Regino, Sue Tillman, and Velma Speagle.
