Nickole Renee Baxter

Nickole Renee Baxter, 46, of Mason, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at her home in Mason, Illinois surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Pagel Funeral Home, Edgewood, Illinois with a one-hour visitation prior to the service.  Michael Durre will be officiating. Burial in Leith Cemetery, rural Mason, Illinois.  Memorials may be made to the family, Leith Cemetery or donor’s choice. 

Nickole was born April 1, 1972, in Effingham, Illinois, the daughter of Melvin and Helen (Depoister) Smith.  She was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Tabernacle Church, Iola, Illinois.  Nickole enjoyed playing darts, gardening, deer hunting and had a great love of the outdoors.

Nickole is survived by her parents Melvin and Helen Smith, of Mason, Illinois; Special companion, Dennis Dunn of Mason, Illinois; sons, Jacob Daniels (companion, Jasmine) of Altamont, Illinois, Brandon Smith (companion, Caitlyn) of Mason, Illinois, Nathan Baxter of Effingham, Illinois; daughter, Emily Daniels of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; brother, Paul Smith (wife, Stephanee) of Mason, Illinois; sisters, Dana Flowers (husband, Ron) of Mason, Illinois, Carla Smith (companion, Dan) of Beecher City, Illinois, Cheri Greear (companion, Ed) of Salem, Illinois; three grandchildren, Summer, Skylyn, Madilyn and several nieces and nephews.
Nickole was preceded in death by her grandparents; Keith and Bernice Smith, and Leroy and Ida Depoister; one Aunt, Betty Ramsey.
