Timothy Warren Flowers Sr., age 62 of Thompsons Station, Tennessee, formerly of Vandalia, IL, passed away at 9:04 p.m. on Sunday, April 19, 2015 in Shelby County, Illinois.

Memorial service will be held 8 p.m. Thursday, April 23, 2015 at C & A Pagel Funeral Home in St. Elmo, Illinois with visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Tony Flowers will be officiating. Burial will take place at Glendale Cemetery in Fillmore, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Fillmore, Illinois or to the family.

Timothy was born on April 5, 1953 in Vandalia, Illinois, the son of Warren B. and Julia A. (Wilson) Flowers. He married Susie Rhodes-Voils on October 26, 1996 in Pekin, Illinois. He loved God, his family, fishing and woodworking.  He retired from Coffeen Power Plant and was currently employed as an electrician with Transocean Deepwater, Inc.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Rhodes-Flowers of Thompsons Station, Tennessee; four sons, Tim Flowers Jr., (companion Courtney) of Effingham, Illinois, Trent Lilly of Beecher City, Illinois, Josh Flowers (wife Angie) of Nokomis, Illinois, Kyle Voils of Chicago, Illinois; four daughters, Dusti Reese (husband Jason) of Davenport, Iowa, Jenn Lilly of St. Elmo, Illinois, Tiffany Flowers of Arizona, Dani Flowers of Thompsons Station, Tennessee; one brother, Tony Flowers (wife Teresa) of Vandalia, Illinois; one  sister, Kathy Sanders (husband Don) of Vandalia, Illinois; sister-in-law,  Nancy Flowers of Hillsboro, Illinois; grandchildren, Garrett,  Lilly, Dakota, Haley, Carlie, Xaden, Maddy, Madison, Makenna, Landon, Gracie, Ben, Gabe, Carter, Chloe,  Aaron and many nieces and nephews.
