Shirley A. Foreman, age 73, of Watson, Illinois passed away at 7:25 p. m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a. m. Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Watson Baptist Church with a one hour viewing prior to service.  Burial will be held in the Watson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p. m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at the Baptist Church in Watson, Illinois. Memorial may go to the family or donor’s choice. Shirley was born on April 9, 1943 to Wayne and Elizabeth “Jewell” (Richey) Atteberry. She married Dale L. Foreman on March 18, 1962 in Stewardson, Illinois. She was a member of the Watson Baptist Church, the Eastern Star# 787 and a former member of the Watson Lion’s Club. Shirley loved making flowers for her family and friends, was always willing to help wherever needed and always brought a smile to your face.
Shirley is survived by her son, Larry Foreman (wife Cherrie) of Watson, Illinois; two daughters, Pat Foreman of Watson, Illinois and Rhonda Stuckemeyer (husband Jim) of Altamont, Illinois; one brother, David Atteberry (wife Darlene) of Belleville, Illinois; one sister, Lillian Griffith of Louisville, Illinois; two brothers in law, Clarence Foreman of Watson, Illinois and Rex Foreman (wife Ada) of Strasburg, Illinois; four grandchildren, Sherrill Boggs (husband Matt) of Altamont, IL., Shelby Woodsmall (husband Alex) of Greenfield, IN., Christian Stuckemeyer (girlfriend Hunter Bloom) of Elmwood Park, IL., Margeaux Stuckemeyer of Altamont, IL; five great grandchildren, Samantha and John Durham, Madyson and Matthew Boggs and Zion Woodsmall along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Elizabeth Atteberry; her husband, Dale L. Foreman on March 30, 2012; one brother, Donald Atteberry; two sisters in law, Rogene Foreman and Grace Atteberry.
