Was so sorry to hear of Ernie being sick, then being sent home on hospice and then she was gone. My husband Billy, her brother, had the opportunity to speak to her daughter Johnnie, but Ernie was slowly passing. It's just a blessing to know that she is no longer in pain, earned her wings and is looking down on all those that she loved. R.I.P.

I was blessed to get to meet Gigi recently as I work for St. John's Hospital Interventional Radiology. I first met her as an outpatient for a procedure. I found out she was from Edgewood and we chatted a lot. She was excited to find out who I was, and she was going to tell Diane (my sister-in-law) that she saw me. We saw each other again as she was an inpatient. She was physically much worse, but she was still a joy to talk to. I am very sorry for your loss. Praying for all of the family.

Too many days went by that "sis" and I spoke. I will miss her soooo much. She will never know the strength she showed me in my time of need that helped me to carry on. Such a warm hearted, loving person, always putting others first. I am sure she is walking in the gardens of heaven and the birds are singing their love songs to her. Hugs to the rest of the family. Love you all.
