Sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Harry was and will always be a reminder of how someone can be as happy no matter the situation. He always had a smile on his face and was always making us laugh. Harry will be missed, but a great reunion in heaven.

I only knew Harry for a short time, weeks really, as his caregiver. I loved visiting him. He always made me laugh and he loved by everyone who met him. He had a really good outlook on life and a good sense of humor. He loved to laugh and loved to make other people laugh too. He used to say it did not cost a cent to be nice to people. Everywhere we went he knew people by name and always said something kind to them. People were always happy to see him because of this and responded in kind. The last time I saw him I told him I felt like I should be paying him instead of paying me as I found my visits inspirational. He wondered why I would say this. I said it was because he had taught me the secret to living long and happy life. I have thought about Harry all week and watched for word of his obituary all week. I knew he had gone home. I wanted his family to know that although I was Harry's caregiver he was truly a gift in my life and someone that I will always remember. I wanted his family to know this.
